Afghanistan After the Taliban

All students and faculty are invited to attend!

Come join us for an exciting, unique, and thought provoking presentation!

This educational experience will offer a video presentation followed by a group

discussion facilitated by Dr. Tim Furnish and Professor William Simson that will explore:

-How the Taliban came to be

-The American military intervention and its impact

-The contending players on the Afghan scene

-The “reconstruction” of Afghanistan

-Whether and why Afghanistan is slipping into chaos

When: Thursday, April 17th at 7:00 pm

Where: GPC Dunwoody in the C

building auditorium (Room C-1100)
